- Raychem RPG is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO
14001 Standards for its manufacturing activities at
State-of-the-art plants located at Vasai, Pelhar,Chakan and
Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
- These plants are supported by computerized testing
faclities and advanced engineering laboratories.
- The Chakan plant houses fully equipped high voltage
laboratory capable of testing products upto 220KV.
- A new manufacturing facility in Chakan was recently set up
for Transformers and Industrial Products.
- Product Management Group at Chakan & Vasai include a training
school for conducting programs for customers, staff
and operators. The facility also includes a technical
library, product installaton laboratory as well as
display center for the wide range of T & D products.

& manual transformer rectifier units (TRUs)
required for Cathodic
Protection applications of buried structures,
storage tanks at storage
terminals / refineries and cross country pipelines
which is critical to
the hydrocarbon sector of any country. The TRUs

construction, designed to withstand the harsh
and unattended
conditions they operate in.
