Manufacturing plants are located in Vasai, Kaman, Rabale, Chakan (in Maharashtra State) and Nalagarh (in Himachal Pradesh).

The Vasai Unit, a 100% Export Oriented Unit, was set up
to manufacture heat shrink moulded products for Tyco Electronics, thus becoming a sourcing hub for distribution to various parts of the world.

The Chakan Unit was set up to exclusively cater to new projects and product development. Currently the facility
houses two manufacturing plants for:
o Domestic Gas Flow Meters
o Industrial Transformers

The Nallagarh Unit, which will be operational by mid 2009, houses two
plants for:
o Distribution Transformers
o Energy Meters
