Provides secure connection between vertical stranded cable and earth rod. Used for providing a secure connection between down conductor vertical stranded cable and earth rod. The assembly consists of two copper alloy plates used for firm clamping of solid round or stranded conductor. U-bolt performs the function of holding rod/rebar and stranded cable together.
