Vivek Venkatachalam is the CEO of Raychem RPG since July 2020. He leads future proofing of the company and making it sustainably profitable. In this journey Vivek also mentors the leadership team to achieve the same objective.   Prior to joining Raychem RPG, Vivek had a successful stint as a Regional Director for ME & India Operations for Oiltanking GmbH and Managing Director of their Indian JV Indian Oiltanking Ltd.   Vivek has held several leadership roles in GE across various businesses and has a history of turning around & growing businesses, thereby making them sustainably profitable. He joined GE in 2000 as a Business Development Manager and advanced through his career handling multiple roles to become the President & CEO of GE O&G in 2008 and GE Power Conversion in 2011. Rajesh Ganesh is the Chief Financial Officer of Raychem RPG since November 2020. In this role, he leads the Finance and Information Technology functions. 
 
Rajesh joined from Indian Oiltanking Ltd, where he was heading the Group Finance, IT and Supply Chain Operations. He also served as a board member on various subsidiaries and JV for the Group. Rajesh was also associated with General Electric for almost 10 years and held multiple roles & leadership positions. 
 
With over 23 years of proven experience in Oil & Gas and Energy industry, Rajesh is a versatile leader with excellent financial management skills and proven record for developing and implementing financial and operational controls. He is also trained in Six Sigma to reduce process waste with consistent record of delivering multiple, mission-critical projects on time. 
 
Rajesh is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Cost Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accounts of India.

Anand Prabhakar Shukla brings over 31 years of cross-functional leadership experience across renowned global organizations such as Bajaj Auto, Bosch, Honeywell Turbo Technologies, and most recently, Philips in Pune. 
 
He joined Raychem RPG in September 2025 as Senior Vice President – Operations & Engineering. Anand leads the company’s end-to-end Operations and Engineering functions, driving strategic excellence across facilities, processes, and teams. 
 
Throughout his career, Anand has successfully led teams in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, operational excellence, and smart manufacturing. He is recognized for building high-performance ecosystems and implementing scalable, innovative solutions that enhance business performance. 
 
Anand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai. Outside of work, Anand is a passionate triathlete and endurance cyclist, having completed major cycling expeditions such as Pune to Kanyakumari and Manali–Leh–Khardung La, along with several long-distance brevets of 200, 300, and 400 km. He is also an Indian classical music enthusiast, and enjoys singing in his free time.

He has experience in managing P&L with direct functional responsibilities in strategy planning, sales, marketing, product development, supply chain, direct & indirect sourcing, new business initiative, customer service & business excellence in various organisations. 
 
Beside being a passionate people leader, Tamal is a strategist. He has experience in turning around and scaling up businesses in multiple industries (automotive, consumer durable, telecom, home improvement). He is customer focussed and has an eye for detail with strong execution capabilities in both B2C & B2B environment. He has been an integral part of strategy formulation and implementation programs, including digital transformation, in different organisations, resulting into multi-fold increase in market capitalisation. 
 
Powered by the passion for working in the sales and marketing domain, he carries over three decades of experience and he comes back ‘home’ to RPG Group from Kohler Corporation, where he was leading the customer facing functions for India & South Asia Region as Vice President Commercial - South Asia. Before Kohler, he set his footprints in various leadership roles at CEAT, Vodafone, Whirlpool, ICI, Gulf Oil & Dunlop. Tamal’s ‘mantra’ has always been ‘sustainable & profitable growth’.

Sharad joined Raychem RPG in 2021 as Head - Supply Chain and played a pivotal role in transforming the supply chain function and strengthening resilience. He also led several strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth ambitions. 
 
Sharad began his career with Tata Steel in Operations as Graduate Engineer, and worked with global organisations such as Caterpillar, Timken handling leadership roles across Supply Chain, Operations and Sales. He also had a brief stint as a management consultant in IBM Business Consulting.

Harsh Goenka is a fifth-generation entrepreneur from one of India’s most renowned business families. Harsh adopts a modern management approach and is passionate about people and organisational potential.
