EPC Customer Win!

We were pursuing opportunity of MVCC with a prestigious EPC Customer. Our competition was favorably placed for securing this order based on their commercial offer. EPC Contractor had gone ahead with final negotiation with our competitor and also had submitted their technical details for final approval by end customer.

Our Sales team was very persuasive and were optimistic in converting this opportunity in favor of Raychem RPG. They had continuous interaction with EPC Contractor highlighting technical features of our products, performance experience and after sales support provided by Raychem RPG. Based on technical interaction we managed to convince EPC contractor on the long-term benefits of our products and successfully secured the Order of MVCC from the verge of losing the same. We ensured smooth execution of the order by offering material for inspection within stipulated time frame, conducting online factory inspection as per QAP and timely dispatch of materials to project site. We earned the trust of EPC Contractor by meeting their expectation by offering our superior quality product as per their required timeline. Even after successful execution of the order our team is in constant touch with the EPC contractor to maintain the relationship.
