Job Family Framework


At Raychem RPG, we believe that all employees should be able to visualize and create their own career plans, right from the day they join. The framework outlines all the roles available across functions, viz. Head Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Identification and development as one of the key focus areas
Vendor Rationalization to reduce multiple suppliers
Collaboration to develop new supplier/ product
Ensuring cost reduction by developing alternate suppliers for Raychem’s products.
 

Quality Manager, Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
 

Production Manager, Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
