Initiatives taken during Covid 19

“In view of the rapid spread of suspected/confirmed cases of COVID-19 (novel corona virus) being reported in several parts of the country, it has become imperative that Raychem RPG continuously take steps to ensure health and safety of all. ”

As a company we have taken following initiatives to support our employees and family members: 

1. Oxygen Concentrators procured and stored at all office locations pan India to support employees and family members at the time of medical exigency 
2. Free Vaccination Camps for employees and family 
3. Grocery supply to all the support staff (Housekeeping, security, canteen etc) 
4. Food supply to all the drivers in the vicinity  
5. Flexibility to work from Home during Covid time 
6. Free food and helping bachelor employees with Meal packs to support during pandemic 
7. “Team Covid Warrior’ to ensure proper implementation of SOP’s , govt guidelines at office premises and to extend all possible support in case employee and their family is suffering with Covid 19 
8. Ensuring Safe work place practice 
9. Ensuring work life balance “ Silent Hour implementation during lunch hour so that the employees can spend an hour with family during lunch.  
10. No work calls beyond 7:00 p.m. for employees to maintain work life balance and spend time with family.
