RPG Innovation Festival

RPG Innovation Festival, scheduled in March each year, celebrates creativity of bright minds.  The platform recognizes and rewards employees of RPG Group companies who take conscious and structured efforts in imbibing the innovation culture and contributing with their ingenuity.  

Each group company selects three best innovations across 5 Categories, viz: 

1. Neostar for product innovation 

1. Kahuna for business model innovation 

1. Darwin for process innovation 

1. Greenball for promising ideas 

1. Supernova for celebrating ‘who dared to fly’ 

Best innovations from group companies are showcased in an industry exposition format during the Innovation Festival. The day includes a melange of talks, panel discussions and case studies shared by industry innovation experts who have breathed innovation into various kinds of organizations and know what it takes to keep businesses relevant in disruptive times. More significantly, the festival is an annual celebration of RPG’s journey towards becoming globally recognized as a truly innovative company.        

Raychem RPG won the prestigious Chairman’s Innovation Award for 2020 for innovative product catering to railways, thereby reinforcing the core value and DNA of “Innovation” in the organization.
